Gastgezinnen maart 2012

De leerlingen die naar Nederland komen slapen allemaal bij leerlingen van onze school thuis. De afgelopen weken zijn de gastgezinnen gezocht en op maandag 27 februari van 19.30 uur tot 21.00 uur is er een voorlichtingsbijeenkomst voor de gastouders en gastleerlingen.

Onze leerlingen zijn op dit moment druk bezig met het opknappen van fietsen, zodat het vervoer van en naar school zoveel mogelijk op Nederlandse wijze kan plaatsvinden. Tenslotte is het bedoeling dat de buitenlandse leerlingen een kijkje in ons dagelijks leven krijgen. Ze komen iedere dag met onze leerlingen naar school en gaan 's avonds mee naar huis.

Van de gastgezinnen verwachten we een lekker bed voor de leerling, dagelijks een warme avondmaaltijd en 's morgens een ontbijtje. De lunch gebruiken ze op school of onderweg (dan krijgen ze van school een lunchpakketje mee).

Het is de eerste keer dat de school met gastgezinnen gaat werken. Daarom vragen we aan de ouders en leerlingen om alle vragen die ze maar hebben naar T.vanBokhoven@rocwb.nl te mailen. Ook tips zijn van harte welkom.

Hat

This week the sudents, teacher and headmaster got a certificate. Cor an André got a hat as in this picture because they did a great job for all the students.

LV: students left for Latvia!

On sunday 4th of december all the participants left for Latvia. Most of them will travel by plane.

LV: Dutch students travel to Letland

Today the students are nominated for Letland. They are students of class 4G1 and they work together with students of 3G1 on the project in the chemistryclass.

Offical start

On wednesday (woensdag 29/6/2011) everybody got the offical letter and email the project is aproved. Everybody can start with preparations.

On 15 th novembre the project takes of at the schools in the EU. Time for a little celebration!

Comeniusproject toegekend!

Yesterday (monday 27/6/2011) we got good news out of Turkye:  Kiymet told us the projec tis approved. We hope the official letter will arrive soon. This project gives us opportunity to send students and teachters to other countries in the EU.

The time before .... Comeniusproject

In the 3th grade students learn a part of their chemistrylessons in English (they are dutch). This year we have been very busy with internationalisation. In the e-twinningspace Kiymet (Turkye) placed a project about the environement. I did not hesitade and mailed to her.

My collegaue Ton Janssen and Ruud Freund helped me with all the papers en afterwards we had to wait ... wait ... wait ... wait .... wait.
